1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the access gateway and related infrastructure services provided through mtgateway.net ("the Gateway", "we", "our", "us"), a system interface operating within the MetaTrader infrastructure environment. By engaging with this Gateway, registering an account, or interacting with any of its features, you ("the Client", "User", "you") hereby agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

You acknowledge that this Gateway does not constitute a brokerage service, a trading platform, or a custodial entity. Its sole function is to facilitate secure access alignment with the Master Account configuration stored within MetaTrader's internal infrastructure.

2. Eligibility and Identity Requirements

2.1 Client Status

Access to this Gateway is restricted to users who have been formally contacted by MetaTrader infrastructure and identified as requiring Master Account synchronization. You affirm that you are the sole authorized holder of the MetaTrader account to which access is being restored.

2.2 Identity Verification

In accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, users must complete a full identity verification process. This may include, but is not limited to, the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds declarations, and biometric confirmation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any verification data is incomplete, unverifiable, fraudulent, or deemed inconsistent with platform requirements.

3. Gateway Functionality

3.1 Nature of Service

The Gateway functions solely as an infrastructure access mechanism. It does not facilitate trading, execute transactions, or provide investment advice. Its purpose is limited to restoring and aligning your account access with the original Master Account record held within MetaTrader's internal systems.

3.2 No Representations of Balance or Performance

Access to a Master Account may reflect previously obscured balances, permissions, or configuration data. The Gateway does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any account figures as they may appear post-synchronization. All values are retrieved from system-side infrastructure as is.

4. Liquidity and Access Activation

4.1 Legal Liquidity Requirement

In accordance with financial regulatory frameworks applicable to MetaTrader system operations, withdrawal access cannot be granted unless account liquidity is demonstrated. This is a legal prerequisite intended to prevent unauthorized disbursements and to comply with international financial security protocols.

4.2 Transfer as Condition

You acknowledge that the activation of withdrawal functionality may be contingent upon the completion of a liquidity confirmation step, which requires the routing of funds from an independently held account into the associated Master Account. This action shall not be construed as a deposit, pledge, or security, but rather as a procedural requirement to establish lawful control and satisfy platform obligations.

5. Access Levels and Completion Criteria

5.1 Assigned Access Levels

Users may be assigned a required level for access finalization based on internal system criteria. These levels are linked to completion thresholds that must be satisfied before withdrawal capabilities are released.

5.2 No Alteration of Level Criteria

The assigned level is determined algorithmically based on internal parameters, including but not limited to: account age, balance history, transaction consistency, and verification strength. It is not negotiable, and no agent or representative has the authority to modify the assigned criteria.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Manual Action by Client

Once all requirements have been fulfilled and access has been synchronized, the client shall be permitted to initiate manual withdrawal actions from within their Master Account interface. No request mechanism exists outside the platform. Withdrawals may only be executed by the verified user and only through official platform tools.

6.2 No Third-Party Processing

The Gateway does not process, forward, or mediate any withdrawal requests. Funds can only be moved directly by the account holder through approved MetaTrader-controlled systems.

7. System Integrity and Limitations

7.1 Automation and Finality

All access steps are governed by a compliance-locked, automated infrastructure. No manual overrides, case-by-case escalations, or exception-handling processes are supported. If steps are missed, expired, or incorrectly executed, the system will automatically terminate the session without recourse.

7.2 Limitation of Access Rights

This Gateway does not imply or assign ownership, control, or entitlement over any funds, features, or privileges beyond what is recorded within the MetaTrader infrastructure. Your access is limited to system-authorized operations and permissions.

8. Security and Data Handling

All data processed through the Gateway is handled under strict encryption standards and used solely for the purposes of account synchronization and identity confirmation. Data will not be shared, stored, or reused beyond what is necessary to fulfill regulatory obligations and system operations.

9. Disclaimers

The Gateway provides no guarantee of outcome, account balance, or fund availability. It does not make representations on behalf of any broker, liquidity provider, or financial institution. You accept that use of the Gateway is at your own risk, and that system behavior is determined exclusively by internal configuration and verification outcomes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By accessing this Gateway, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Limassol, Cyprus.
